This Privacy Policy explains how Manan Bhullar, REALTOR®, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through mananbhullar.com ("this site"). It is written to meet British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Information We Collect
- Information you give us: when you use a contact, consultation, evaluation, or inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the topic you select, and anything you write in your message.
- Information collected automatically: like most websites, this site and the services that run it receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the referring website.
The mortgage calculator runs entirely in your browser; the numbers you enter are not sent to us. You don't need an account to use this site, and we never ask for payment information through it.
How We Use It
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the service you asked for, such as a property evaluation, a consultation, or help buying, selling, or leasing.
- To follow up with you about that inquiry.
- To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use this site so we can improve it.

We use a small number of third-party services to run this site. They process information on our behalf, and some are located in, or store data in, the United States or other countries, where it may be subject to those countries' laws:
- Formspree receives form submissions and delivers them to Manan by email.
- Google Analytics measures site traffic using cookies. We use it to see aggregate patterns, not to identify individual visitors.
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site and protects it from malicious traffic, which involves processing visitors' IP addresses.

If You Become a Client
